Personal Training at Valkyrie Society

Train for strength, health, and personal progress — at your pace, with a coach in your corner.

Why members train with a coach

Most of the people who walk into our gym for the first time are not looking to become competitors. They're looking for a plan that holds their interest, a place that doesn't feel intimidating, and results they'd genuinely be proud of. Our personal training is built for exactly that.

A plan built for you

Real programming matched to your goals and your starting point — progressed over months, not improvised each session.

Fitness that doesn't feel like a chore

Training builds strength, conditioning, and mobility while you're focused on the next set — the results are almost a side effect.

Form and technique

A coach watching every rep means you lift safely and get more out of the same hour. Most members notice the technique benefit before they notice the scale.

A welcoming community

Our members range from total beginners to experienced lifters. Whatever you bring, you'll find people training at your level and people you can learn from.

What a session looks like

A typical session is roughly an hour. Expect a warm-up, coached strength work, accessory or conditioning work, and a cool-down. The pace is yours — push hard if you have the energy, dial it back when you need to. Your coach will help you find the level that's productive without burning you out.

Getting started

The easiest way to see if it's right for you is to come in for a first session. You don't need any prior experience or special equipment — just clothes you can move in. Open the chat with questions, or visit us at 1472 Northeast 69th Place in Ankeny.
