What members get out of training
Members who train with us don't just get through a workout. They develop the habit of showing up, the ability to push through a hard set, and the accountability that comes from training in a group of peers. Many members tell us their sleep, energy, and mood improve once they've been training consistently.
Strength
Hitting a new lift or finishing a session you couldn't have finished a month ago builds confidence that carries into work, sport, and everyday life.
Consistency
Every class structures the hour deliberately — warm-up, main work, and finisher — so showing up is the only decision you have to make.
Accountability
Members learn what steady effort looks like, how to take coaching, and how to encourage the people training next to them — all baked into the session itself.
Fitness
Classes are active by design. Members move, stretch, and build the kind of conditioning base that benefits every other activity they take on.
What a class looks like
Classes are split into formats and levels so the intensity matches the room. A typical class starts with a warm-up, moves into a strength or skill block, includes conditioning or partner work, and finishes with a structured cool-down. Our coaches are trained to keep things engaging while making sure real progress happens.
